Personal Assistance Services (PAS)

Faith & Grace Home Care Services provides individualized, non-medical assistance for clients who need help completing activities of daily living safely and independently.

Depending upon the individual’s care plan and authorized services, our caregivers may assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and other routine activities.

Our goal is not simply to complete tasks for our clients. We work to preserve independence, respect personal choices, maintain dignity, and help each individual remain comfortable in the place they call home.

Personal Care for Children & Adults with Disabilities

Faith & Grace Home Care Services understands that home care is not only for seniors.

We provide compassionate non-medical support for children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, chronic health conditions, developmental needs, and functional limitations who require assistance with everyday activities.

Care may include assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, daily routines, safety supervision, meal preparation, and other authorized non-medical support.

We work closely with parents, guardians, clients, and families to develop an individualized approach that respects the person’s abilities, preferences, routines, and goals while helping maintain a safe and supportive home environment.

Safety Monitoring & Protective Supervision

Some individuals need more than assistance with physical tasks—they also need someone present to help maintain a safe environment.

Faith & Grace provides attentive non-medical safety monitoring and supervision based on the client’s individual needs and care plan. Caregivers may provide observation, redirection, assistance with routines, mobility support, and other approved measures intended to reduce safety risks.

Our approach emphasizes dignity and respect while helping families feel confident that their loved one has dependable support.

Respite & Family Relief Services

Family caregivers need dependable support, too.

Faith & Grace Home Care Services provides respite care that allows parents, spouses, guardians, and other family caregivers time away from their caregiving responsibilities while their loved one receives compassionate support at home.

Respite services may be arranged for a few hours, scheduled periods, evenings, overnight care, or other approved periods based on the client’s needs, payer authorization, and caregiver availability.

Whether a family needs time for work, appointments, errands, travel, rest, or simply an opportunity to recharge, Faith & Grace is here to provide dependable relief while maintaining continuity of care.
