Faith & Grace Home Care Services provides Personal Assistance Services to eligible children and adults who need support with activities of daily living because of a disability, health condition, age-related limitation, injury, or other functional need.
Our non-medical services are personalized to each individual and provided in the comfort and familiarity of home. Depending on the client’s assessed needs and authorized services, assistance may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, accompaniment to appointments, and other routine activities of daily living.
Faith & Grace Home Care Services is a licensed Texas Home and Community Support Services Agency (HCSSA) providing Personal Assistance Services in accordance with applicable Texas requirements.
